Trio of Shrewsbury properties on Route 9 sold for $2.5M.

Description

Three properties adjacent to Route 9 in Shrewsbury have been sold for $2.45 million.

The three properties, located at 620, 624, and 630 Boston Turnpike were sold in a deal finalized on Tuesday by Huntress Properties of Shrewsbury, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. Huntress is run by Scott McManus of Plymouth.

All three properties were purchased by 620 Turnpike LLC, a Shrewsbury-based entity operated by Louis Kuchnir of Westborough. 

The 1.34-acre property at 620 Turnpike Road contains a 15,540-square-foot warehouse; half is unoccupied, and the other half is occupied by Shrewsbury Marble & Granite. The property at 624 Turnpike Road contains a small house, which has been converted into office space. 

The property at 630 Turnpike is 3.92 acres of undeveloped, wooded land.

The three parcels were given a combined tax assessment value of $2.21 million for 2024, according to Town of Shrewsbury property records. 

Craig Johnston and John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate in Wayland represented the seller in this transaction, according to an online brochure for the property.
